• To use with chocolate, simply...

1. Gently wipe over the mould with a paper towel before you begin
2. Pour your melted chocolate slowly over the texture sheet
3. smooth chocolate out, making sure you have covered all areas of the sheet - don't leave any gaps!
4. leave to set 
5. once completely set, carefully peel the chocolate away from the texture sheet - and voila! A perfect pattern every time.
