Cakesicle professional 3 part chocolate mould from Porto Formas
- 3 cavity mould producing a cute cakesicle
- this mould is perfect for creating some fun, pretty treats for a party table - ideal for a hen weekend, birthday party or any other special occasion!
- this is the famous Porto Formas 3 part mould system
- this unique system incorporates 2 mould sheets plus a silicone insert
- easy to use and providing almost guaranteed results . . .
- separate the mould and remove the silicone inserts
- gently 'polish' cavities with a cotton wool ball or similar before each use
- take the bottom mould sheet and slowly pour or pipe your melted chocolate into each cavity, up to the fill line
- gently tap the mould to level out the chocolate and remove air bubbles
- gently press the silicone insert into the cavity
- take the top mould sheet to piece the mould back together
- gently press the top piece down until the chocolate rises to the top
- place in the fridge or freezer until set
- once set, carefully open up the mould and peel back the silicone insert
- fill cavity with your chosen filling, seal with a layer of chocolate and leave to set again
