• this set includes every letter of the alphabet from a-z, in both upper and lower case, plus numbers 0-9 and various symbols, including ?, !, # and ampersand (&) 
• use with sugarpaste / fondant icing, marzipan, modelling paste, fudge icing and firm frostings
