• perfect on all sorts of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, chocolates and sugarcraft creations
• made with 100% natural freeze-dried blueberries to give an intense berry colour with a beautiful subtle shimmer and the distinctive sweet, tart taste of fresh blueberries
• purple blue with pink undertones
• perfect for sugarpaste, royal icing, marzipan, buttercream, flower / modelling / gum pastes, cake mixes, pastry, frostings & fillings, isomalt, piping gel, cake lace mixes, desserts, white chocolate, cocktails etc
• 100% edible - dries to a subtle sheen finish
• for best results apply using a sugarcraft brush
• mix with Rejuvenator Fluid to create an edible sugarcraft lustre paint
• customers wishing to avoid using alcohol can mix with water but please be aware the finish is not as good as when using Rejuvenator Fluid, which evaporates anyway
• approx 40g net - superfine powder so goes a surprisingly long way
• mix in a mixing tray and apply with a sugarcraft dusting brush or food-approved paint brush
• 100% edible and 100% approved for use in the EU
• small glass jar with screw top lid
• the jar allows you to see shade and is stable, so not easy to knock over

• BBE at least 3-4 months and normally much longer
