- luxury quality cake mix - better than anything you can buy in a supermarket
- just add water and oil for deliciously moist cakes, loaves, muffins and cupcakes
- simply add 200ml water and 140ml vegetable oil
- approx 500g / 1.1lb nett
- makes almost 850g of cake batter when all ingredients are added
- BBE at least 3-4 months - often longer

- ingredients: sugar, wheat flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), lemon fruit chips (8.5%) [fruit juice from concentrates (lemon & apple), sucrose, glucose syrup, dried apple, gelling agent: pectin, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, flavouring], dried egg white, vegetable oil, dried egg yolk, modified starch, whey powder (from milk), emulsifiers: Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, propane-1, 2-diol esters of fatty acids &sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate & potassium bicarbonate, stabilisers: xanthan gum & hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, wheat gluten, natural colours: lutein E161b & beta-carotene E160a

* instructions:
500g pack Lemon Sensation cake mix + 200ml water + 140ml vegetable oil
- place the dry mix into the bowl and using a flat beater add the liquid over 1 minute on slow speed
- scrape down the batter and then mix for a further 2 minutes on medium speed
- for loaf cakes place 350g-400g of batter into a paper case in a loaf tin and bake at 180°C / 356°F for 40-50 minutes**
- for muffins place approx 75g of batter into paper cases on a muffin tray and bake at 185°C / 365°F for 30 minutes**
** oven temperatures and baking times are as a guide only and will vary depending on your own
