25g edible sugarcraft glue from Simply Making
- edible glue is a ready-to-use thick liquid glue derived from natural plant gums
- apply with a small brush on to sugarpaste flower petals, leaves etc, for attaching sugarpaste plaques or shapes to the cake and for various other sugarcraft modelling uses
- ideal for use with sugarpaste, flower paste, modelling paste, gum paste, marzipan, some chocolates (depends on fat content), edible cupcake toppers, cake gems, some ribbon (can't be too absorbant), securing cake toppers and decorations in place etc
- extra strong, so pretty thick - add a splash of water if you need it thinner
- CMC (carboxy methyl cellulose) is a totally natural substance found in the stems of plants
- will not 'go off' but will lose strength over time - keep in fridge to extend life
- apply to one surface only with a food-approved brush
- larger pieces will need supported until glue dries - scrunched up kitchen roll or aluminium foil works well
