• introducing all the way from Belgium, the new spreadable version of the uniquely flavoured caramel biscuits that we all know and love.
• in 1932, a Belgian baker named Jan Boone Sr created the recipe for the original biscuit with natural ingredients naming it after the flower that symbolises purity, the Lotus flower.
• 20 years later, Lotus Bakeries started to individually wrap their biscuits which encouraged cafes and restaurants to serve them with espressos and, before long, the the perfect match of coffee and caramel became a worlwide sensation and the rest is history!
• this smooth spreadable version of the recipe is perfect to be able to add the flavour of Biscoff to your baked goodies!
• drizzle it over cake pops, add it to buttercream for cupcakes or simply just have it to put on your pancakes or toast
