• the added cocoa butter gives this modelling paste amazing flexibility, but it's firm enough to retain its shape as it dries
• the cocoa butter also means the paste doesn't crust when dry, so it's perfect for even the most complex shapes and designs as it won't crack or tear easily as you work with it
• perfect for cake figures, models and simpler flowers - although for intricate sugar flowers we'd recommend actual flower paste
• 100% edible - remains soft enough to eat plus it has a deliciously subtle vanilla flavour
• SmartFlex modelling paste is very easy to colour - for best results use Colour Mill, Fractal Colors, Sugarflair pastes, Blossom Tint powder colours, Faye Cahill edible lustre dusts or Rainbow Dust paste & dust colourings
