GLYCERINE / Glycerin 30ml

• top quality food grade vegetable Glycerine glycerol - 99.9% purest pharmaceutical grade
• add to royal icing to avoid it from going too hard - just 1 teaspoon of glycerine added to 500g royal icing (at stiff peak stage) will prevent a very hard set
• a great emulsifier that keeps sponge cakes moist for longer - add 1 teaspoon glycerine per 100g flour
• add a small amount to bread recipes for a soft crumb texture - great for baps and buns
• add to rich fruit cakes to ensure a rich, moist texture - some professionals even use to avoid adding alcohol
• helps prevent sugar crystallisation in sweet and candy making 
• extracted from coconut and palm oil - 100% natural
• glycerol E422 is a defined as a carbohydrate alcohol but this is purely a chemical definition - it does not contain alcohol
• suitable for vegetarians, vegans and all religious groups
