• ready to roll almond marzipan
• we obviously can't compete with the enormous buying power of the big supermarkets when it comes to brands like Dr Oetker, but we're happy to offer this to our customers at the best price we can so that they can enjoy the convenience of simply adding it to their order
• no added colour - sometimes called neutral marzipan
• for cake covering and traditional baking eg simnel cakes
• box designs can vary - we've shown the two most recent
• ingredients: sugar, almonds (26%), water, invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup, humecatant: sorbitol, ethanol
• allergy advice: contains nuts - marzipan is not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy
• suitable for vegetarians and coeliacs

• BBE date at least 3-4 months and often much longer
• can be coloured using concentrated paste, gel or powder/dust colourings
• NOT IN THE UK? - marzipan cannot be shipped outside the UK by Air - long story, but basically commercial explosives have a scent added to them to make them detectable and that scent is almond; so marzipan could set off detectors or attract sniffer dogs resulting in all sorts of drama.  We can therefore only deliver marzipan within the UK or to European countries using road courier.
