- the other side is a mirror image - basically creating a male and female version of the same scallops
- superb design - similar to the ECG Large Scallop Contour Comb but this one scraper does the same job as two ECG combs, so is excellent value

- ideal for buttercream, ganache, frostings, royal icing, cream etc
- highly polished edges help ensure a perfectly smooth finish on the icing
