there's been a lot of buzz about Masonite cake boards and, to be totally honest, not all of it accurate - resulting in some retailers charging exorbitant prices for Masonite boards
'Masonite' is not a brand of cakeboard as such, but we have shown it as a brand to make it easier for customers to find on the website
Masonite is actually the brand name for a type of hardboard made from steam-cooked and pressure moulded wood fibres in a process patented by William H. Mason
these cake boards are manufactured using Masonite hardboard as their core
an excellent choice for wedding and celebration cakes

wrapped edges with white paper underside
can be wiped clean for re-use, although we advise against re-using cake boards if the foil has been cut (eg nicked by knife blade)

approx 4mm thick (stacked thousands high, so can compress slightly) - sometimes supplied as 6mm if we can get stock
