• re-branded fondant icing from Culpitt - decent quality and ready to use more-or-less straight from the pack
• requires very little kneading so is softer than most premium brands
• 'Perfect Finish' may be a slight overstatement but good results are still possible for less experienced cake makers as it's softer to work with
• suitable for covering and simple modelling
• feedback from Cake Stuff customers is slightly mixed - it's pretty good but not as good as premium sugarpastes like Massa Ticino, Couture, Supreme Silk Platinum, Saracino Pasta Top or the Renshaw Pro range

• ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, humectant E422, emulsifier E471 *1, colour E172, stabilisers E415 *2 & E466, preservative E202, flavouring
• suitable for vegetarians
• allergy advice:  produced in a factory which also handles nuts - may contain traces of nuts and nut oils
• *1 - contains E471 mono- and do-glycerides of fatty acids - these may be plant or animal derived and may contain fats derived from pork - for this reason it is neither certified as Kosher or Halal
• *2 - contains E415 Xanthan Gum, which has been linked to bowel disorders in some people - Xanthan gum is no longer considered suitable for a vegan diet
