Light & Fluffy ready made cupcake frosting icing - 8kg pail nett

• a fantastic 'stand by' product for any baker and especially anyone who makes cupcakes - always have a pail at hand for last-minute orders, for when you run out of butter, or even just to help out when you're really busy
• many busier customers have already been converted and now use it all the time!
• no ready-made icing is ever going to be as good as proper, home-made buttercream but Light & Fluffy is pretty darn good and is the industry leader
• ready to use straight from the pail (see pic 2)
• for best results we highly recommend Colour Mill oil based colourings - specifically developed for buttercream and other icings or frostings with a high fat content
• can also be coloured with other quality paste / gel colourings and flavoured as required (first picture shows coloured pink)
• lightly aerated to give a really light texture and has a lovely vanilla flavour - reminds us slightly of marshmallows
• we reckon you'd get 200-300 fairly generous cupcakes' worth from a single pail
• can also be used for general cake decorating, piping, for sponge sandwich filling and also as a filling for doughnuts etc
• if you find it a little light add a teaspoon (or more as desired) of Meri-White per kilo for a firmer texture, more like traditional buttercream
• there's absolutely nothing wrong Light & Fluffy with but occasionally the sugar can begin to crystalise and a few customers refer to a slightly 'gritty' texture - if you're looking for absolute top quality, then the vanilla frosting that we'd recommend is the slightly more expensive (per kilo) Dawn Vanilla Frosting
• ready made Chocolate Rainbow Frosting also available
• BBE normally at least 2-3 months - nature of product means shorter BBE than other brands so please expect 2 months and then it's a bonus if you get 3+ months
• ingredients:  sugar, vegetable oil, water, glucose, cornflour, emulsifiers E471* & E435, flavouring, salt, preservative E202, stabiliser E412, acidity regulator E338
• allergy advice: may contain traces of milk, egg, nuts and soy
  
• *E471 is a synthetic fat made from glycerols and fatty acids, mainly of plant origin but as E471 is composed of several different products, the manufacturers cannot rule out the presence of some animal fats - as pork fat may be one of the fats used, we would advise vegan, Muslim and Jewish customers not to order this product

• 'trade' products - please be sure you are ordering the correct product as this cannot be returned
• although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children
