self raising flour - 1.5kg

Product Details
1.5kg self raising flour from Wright's Baking
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PRICE . . . we do not normally stock flour. However, in the current climate we know that flour is in short supply so we want to help and support our customers. We are not making a profit by selling flour - we've added in a small amount to help towards additional packaging and delivery costs, and that's all. We hope it helps you get your hands on this essential ingredient during difficult times and we promise to keep our prices as low as we possibly can. Stay safe! :o)
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT AVAILABLITY . . . no matter how much we order each week the millers are effectively rationing all available stock, so we only receive a small proportion of our order and we're never sure how much (if any) is arriving. It's not the way we normally do business but we have no options in the current circumstances, so we'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this product appearing to be 'out of stock' most of the time
- top quality self raising white flour
- milled for quality and consistency from 100% British wheat
- made from the Hereward wheat variety grown by Benton's of Essex
- ideal for cakes, cupcakes, biscuits, tray bakes, pastry, bread, pancakes, cookies, shortbread and much more
- 1.5 kg / 1500g / 3.3lb pack
- 16kg trade sack SR flour also available at a very competitive price
- BBE date at least 3-4 months - normally much longer
- ingredients: wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (vitamin B3), thiamin (vitamin B1), raising agent: bicarbonate of soda E500
- allergy advice: contains wheat (gluten) - may contain soya - stored and handled in an environment where nuts and nut products are also stored - nut and nut oil traces may therefore be present on the outer packaging
- please expect flour residue visible on pack - the fine dust simply works its way through the folds and seams when being handled and is not a sign of a burst or leak
- SAFETY FIRST - flour is flammable - use and store away from naked flames as it's the super-fine flour dust that can ignite
