IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PRICE . . . we do not normally stock flour. It's heavy, messy and difficult to deliver. • ideal for cakes, cupcakes, biscuits, bread, tray bakes, pastry, pancakes, cookies, shortbread and in cooking
• aka All Purpose Flour - a traditional mix of both soft and hard wheat with typically 8%-11% gluten content

• PLEASE NOTE WEIGHT before ordering - please make sure you are able to take delivery of a 16kg box*
• convert plain flour into self-raising flour by adding approx 1 teaspoon baking powder to every 200g plain flower
• self raising flour also available
• BBE date at least 3-4 months - normally much longer
• ingredients: wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (vitamin B3), thiamin (vitamin B1)
• allergy advice: contains wheat (gluten) - may contain soya - stored and handled in an environment where nuts and nut products are also stored - nut and nut oil traces may therefore be present on the outer packaging
• please expect flour residue visible on sack and inside box - the fine dust simply works its way through the sack (especially at the seals) when being handled and is not a sign of a burst or leak
• brand may vary - because the price of flour varies daily on the commodities markets, we source ours from the miller or national distributor who offers the best price on any particular day so the sacks may either be branded for a mill or distributor
• SAFETY FIRST - flour is flammable - watch the little YouTube video, it's funny but also highlights the potential dangers so use and store away from naked flames as it's the super-fine flour dust that can cause the hazard
