• medium cutter measures approx 3.5cm / 35mm / just under 1½" x 3.25cm / 32.5mm / just over 1¼"

• made entirely by hand by skilled craftsmen and craftswomen here in the UK to Suzanne's own exacting specifications, each cutter takes up to twice as long to produce as standard cutters

• technically dishwasher safe but don't risk it - stainless steel won't rust but for years of faithful service we'd always recommend you hand wash, dry well and add a spot of cooking oil if storing away
• suitable to use with flower modelling paste, gum paste and sugarpaste icing
• shape with modelling tools and trim with a sugarcraft trim knife as required
• for flower cutters, colour with powder / dust icing colouring with a sugarcraft dusting brush
• add stamens or edible pollen for more lifelike detail as you wish
• attach to cake using edible glue
• this very first batch is in simple clear packaging - later batches will have Suzanne's own design of packaging
• PLEASE NOTE this product is not a toy and may have sharp edges - wash before first use
• for best results use with a release agent eg Jem Petal base
