CLEARANCE PRODUCT - brand new and in perfect condition but in the current circumstances we have fewer staff working in the warehouses, so we're happy to clear the occasional item at a silly price purely because we are unable to transfer stock between our 2 warehouses as easily as before. Be quick!

• Cool 'n' Set cooling spray is very similar to Spray Ice, Choco Freeze, Spray Cool and other brands
• instantly cools chocolate and sugar work
• the easiest and simplest method of bonding and setting chocolate pieces
• perfect for use with display pieces, even for the most difficult arrangements including gravity-defying chocolate designs
• no more waiting for chocolate to cool before you can work with it securely
• also ideal for spun sugar, moulding sugar etc
• handy aerosol spray canister ready fitted with a small nozzle to allow you to precisely direct the coolant where you need it
• simply shake well before use and spray a thin, even layer from approximately 25cm-30cm away
• IMPORTANT - this type of product (all brands) works because it is 100% pure propellant stored under pressure to keep it at a very low temperature. As the propellant gas escapes it is still at a very low temperature and this is what causes the cooling action. The gas simply cools and escapes into the atmosphere - there is no actual ingredient that stays on the product.  The gas is not edible and should not be inhaled or ingested in any form, but the product can be used safely on edible products . . . some retailers describe as 'edible' so we thought we should explain!

• POSTAGE RESTRICTIONS - our website automatically 'exaggerates' the weight of this product (as 2kg) so that it is shipped by courier as Royal Mail no longer accept aerosols for post (they used to be able to send them 2nd class). We can only now deliver by courier to UK mainland addresses - this makes it expensive to deliver just one can, so we advise ordering more than one as delivery costs remain the same no matter how many more you order!
