CLEARANCE ITEM - brand new and in perfect condition but e have a few with shorter BBE dates than the rest (end April 2020), so we're happy to clear at a silly price.  Please remember only a Best Before date and not a Use By date so fine to use for a while yet!  :o)

• fantastic new product which everyone at Cake Stuff absolutely loves!
• softer, jelly 'diamonds' - 100% edible
• bright cerise, hot pink although will look lighter when placed on white sugarpaste icing
• very lifelike and catch the light really well
• 100% edible
• approx 10mm diameter
• PLEASE NOTE these are not the hard brittle sugar diamonds sold by Squires Kitchen and others
• our customers tell us these are much better for 3 reasons: (1) made of jelly so don't pose the same choking hazard as hard sugar gems, (2) do not discolour when touched, and (3) the price is exceptional
• although described as 'softer', these jelly pearls / studs / gems can still be quite firm so could pose a chocking risk to very young children
• recommended for use on sugarpaste and buttercream only as other icings may dissolve jelly after time
• can be handled but for best results use sugarcaft tweezers
• 100% edible but take care with young children
• ingredients: water, humectant E422, glucose syrup, gelatine, acidity regulator E330, preservative E202, colours E202 & E212
• performance is improved by chilling before use - in hot / humid weather we suggest popping them in the freezer for 15 minutes prior to use as this will make them much easier to remove from the packaging
• Hints & Tips:
  to retain the real bling effect we advise not using normal water-based edible glue or watered down icing) to fix the diamonds.  Sugarpaste should be fully dry and confectioners glaze is the best way to attach, although please remember there is always the slightest golden hue from glaze - make a small hole in the surface of the icing and leave to dry again, the hole should be lightly coated with confectioners glaze - not filled - and the diamond then placed in position. If there is any water left in the icing, water could form a puddle around the diamond
  In order to fully appreciate the facets in the diamond, mix the confectioners glaze with silver or gold edible lustre - put this into the hole first and then place the diamond
  If the diamond appears to mist over – which only happens with excess handling, or gets covered in icing sugar then brush the surface with a damp brush until it shines again
