VERY IMPORTANT re SIZE - please note that Wilton class this as a 9 inch / 23cm Palette Knife, but this refers to the overall length of the knife. As Wilton are in the USA, they use the American convention - the British convention is to measure the blade only, so we have described it as a 4½ inch knife
