VERY IMPORTANT re SIZE - please note that PME class this as a 9 inch / 23cm Palette Knife, but this refers to the overall length of the knife. It's a little bit confusing but because PME have a big presence in the USA, they seem to have gone with the American convention - the British convention is to measure the blade only, so we have described it as a 4¼ inch knife
- really nice quality stainless steel pallet knife with straight / flat flexible blade
- ideal for buttercream, ganache, frostings, royal icing, cream etc
- soft Comfort Grip ergonomic handle - great when your hands are a little sticky or slippery !
