• monogram letters vary in width depending on letter but all approx 3.5cm / 35mm / 1½" high
• designs have clean, sharp laser-cut edges to give fantastic results

• for best results use use with royal icing or buttercream for a slightly raised relief effect
• use with tulle - the technique preferred by Cake Stuff Ambassador Suzanne Esper
• also works perfectly on a dry, firm surface such as sugarpaste or modelling paste
• use a flexible scraper to spread the icing or buttercream
• if you don't fancy the royal icing method you can also use by simply applying colouring direct to the stencil - ideal for dust & powder colours, metallic colourings & edible paints, royal icing, edible lustre colourings and airbrushing
• TOP TIP FROM ECG - try mixing your dust & powder colours or edible lustre colourings with vegetable oil - this combination helps prevent the colour from bleeding through royal icing
• for smaller areas apply using a good quality sugarcraft dusting brush
• for larger areas designs are probably best applied by airbrush
• if using gold leaf or silver leaf, apply using the special fan dusting brush
• for even more detail, try icing colouring pens
• these gorgeous Evil Cake Genius stencils are not cheap - this design sells for $42.95 (US) on the ECG website, so by the time we've paid the shipping from the USA, import duty and VAT (all of which you'd also have to pay if you ordered direct), we reckon our prices are still extremely competitive
• PLEASE NOTE stencils are gently rolled for easy of shipping (otherwise they'd be simply too large for standard post and Air Mail) - this does not affect the stencils in any way
• although extremely well made, the nature of laser-cutting means there may be the odd little piece of design that hasn't been removed completely, so we advise inspecting the stencil prior to use and using a sugarcraft trim knife to do tidy if necessary
  
• reusable - simply wipe clean - don't put in the dishwasher as the heat will warp the plastic
• retail packed - please note that some stencils are not in traditional ECG store packs - this is simply because some of our stock was brought over from the USA to Cake International and has simpler packaging - all products are 100% genuine and brand new, as Evil Cake Genius are happy to confirm
