small 11" x 7" oblong aluminium brownie cake tin pan from PME
- great little rectangular slab baking pan - perfect for brownies and traybakes
- one piece, seamless fixed base - approx 2.5cm / 25mm / 1" deep
- great little slab baking pan - doubles up as a great baking / oven tray
- has nice sharp corners compared to most aluminium pans
- manufactured in anodised aluminum - cannot rust
- helps ensure even temperature when baking - avoids cool and hot spots
- approx 28cm / 279mm / 11" x 18cm / 177mm / 7" internal dimensions
- these measurements are approximate and taken from the inside edges although please remember cake will shrink slightly during baking
- flanged edges for strength and for ease of lifting
