- quite a rare product to find in smaller quantities
- melt and mix with powder and dust colourings to create edible chocolate paint
- add to desserts or to enrich chocolate and modelling chocolate
- add to chocolate for a more fluid consistency
- a great vegetarian and vegan alternative to gelatine as often found in confectionery and mousses
