Product Details

60g pot of clear liquid glucose sugar syrup from Sugarflair

use to soften texture of icing, to add volume, prevent sugar crystalizing and to retain moisture
add to modelling paste and modelling chocolate to add 'stretch'
especially useful if using a cheaper supermarket style brands of fondant icing* or marzipan - adding a little liquid glucose will help avoid the icing cracking and forming elephant skin
controls the formation of sugar crystals when making frozen cakes and desserts, and in confectionery
* for best results use a professional quality sugarpaste icing
aka corn syrup - especially in American cake decorating books
60g resealable pot
larger 400g pot also available - even better value
BBE normally at least 12 months - use within 6 months once opened
