- every professional cake maker loves the world famous Agbay professional cake levellers
- superbly made by Maureen and Tony Agbay since 1999 in the town of Spencer, Massachusetts, USA
- the cutting blade is incredibly sharp so keeping the blade guard in place is a vital safety consideration
- the blade guard fits snuggly over the cutting blade to keep your fingers safe and the blade clean
- over time the blade guard may get lost or damaged, so we're happy to offer it as a replacement part
- specially designed to clip securely onto the blade using a unique locking system
- fits both the 12 inch single blade Junior (see pic 2) and 12 inch double blade Junior levellers
- AVOID INJURY - using an Agbay leveller without a blade guard is extremely risky - the blade is under almost 125 lbs of tension so it is incredibly sharp - if your blade guard is lost or damaged, please do not be tempted to continue using without having a blade guard
- important instructions for use supplied on pack and on stickers on the blade guard itself
