PURPLE VIBE pearl edible flakes from Crystal Candy

CLEARANCE PRODUCT - brand new and in perfect condition but in the current circumstances we have much smaller teams working in the warehouses so it's not as easy to transfer stock between them. • 100% edible flakes with an excellent pink pearlised lustre
• flakes are random shapes and sizes, creating an amazing light catching sequin effect
• available in 18 stunning colours
• they look stunning around the sides of wedding and celebration cakes - see cake in pic 3
• quick and easy to use, creating breathtaking results in little time and at very little cost - fully decorate an entire top tier for under a fiver !?!
• one pot is enough to generously cover the top and sides of up to a 6" diameter cake
• break up further or gently grind to create edible lustre dust

• you will need: edible glue, confectioners' glaze, piping gel, a mixing tray, sugarcraft dusting brush (or food approved paint brush) and edible lustre dust colouring in a shade close to the edible flakes
• PLEASE NOTE we can't offer the Crystal Candy range of lustre colours yet (shown in the video) as we are waiting on EU certification arriving for it, but Faye Cahill, Sugarflair, Colour Splash and Rainbow Dust lustre dusts work equally well
• flakes are water soluble so, for best results, avoid using on wet icing, fresh cream or frozen products
• good sized pot - the flakes are virtually weightless so 6g actually means hundreds, even thousands, of individual flakes
• lightweight plastic pot - approx 5cm / 50mm / 2" diameter x 3cm / 30mm / 1¼" high
• BBE at least 3-4 months and normally much longer
• ingredients: potato starch, Shellac E904, colour E171, anti-caking agents E555 & E170, colour E172, thickener E466
• suitable for vegetarians . . . the Vegetarian Society consider Shellac suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans - it sounds a bit gruesome but the female lac beetle produces a resin to cocoon her eggs. When these eggs hatch the young bugs eat the mother (which dies naturally after laying eggs) and it is the shell of the mother that is used to produce Shellac
• shades can vary slightly within each pot, especially where outer layer has been exposed to light
• shade accuracy - please remember colours shown are representative only and will look different on different PC monitors and tablet / phone screens
• although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children
