• the twin fine and wide nibs are pointed, so can be used for detail
• fine nib produces a narrow line approx 0.5mm wide - a light touch creates a very fine line
• wide nib produces a line up to approx 4mm wide - the point creates a 1mm line and held at an angle, the flat edge can create a wider 4-5mm line that's ideal for colouring an area
• write and draw directly on to sugarpaste, marzipan, flower paste, hard white chocolate, modelling & gum paste, royal icing etc
• a smooth, dry surface always gives best results

• pens contain 100% edible icing / food colouring
