• use for measuring out or even applying icing colours, confectioners glaze, edible paint, cake release liquid, piping gel and lots of other sticky liquids
• brilliant for cake lace mixes - especially when working with detailed designs
• great for mixing different shades of icing colourings, oil-based colours, icing flavours
• use for mixing powder / dust colours or lustre colourings with rejuvenator fluid
• useful for accurately applying little areas of ganache, chocolate, royal icing etc
