• Supreme Silk Platinum is a beautifully pliable sugar paste that is very easy to roll and apply first-time
• the Platinum edition has added Isomalt and extra gum for even better performance on tall, deep and intricately shaped cakes
  
• Supreme Silk Platinum is a stronger paste than original Supreme Silk and rolls out very thinly
  
• excellent covering properties help ensure no elephant skin or tearing
• applies well on all corners and curves and suited for taller, deeper cakes

• Supreme Silk Platinum has a firmer texture than some other brands
• for best results remember to knead well to activate the gum fully before you start
