• Cocoa Velvet Butter Spray adds a gorgeous velvety texture to cakes and desserts
• one spray and you add a professional matt texture finish to your creation
• just like a professional dusting of icing sugar without the mess, plus the effect lasts longer
• lift even the simplest dessert to the next level by adding a really attractive textured finish
• works beautifully with chocolates, cakes, cupcakes, ice-cream, mousse, cheesecakes and other desserts
• for best results when cake or dessert is slightly chilled
• made with real cacao butter - will not alter the taste of your cake or dessert
• simple to use: allow the can to warm up to around 25°C (place in warm water is a good way to speed this up) at least 2 hours before use; chill or freeze your chocolates, desserts or iced cake until they’re cold to the touch; shake the can really well and spray on a thin, uniform layer from approximately 25cm-30cm away
• avoid excessive use and allow up top 4 hours before consumption

• we recommend that after each use you clean the spray nozzle under warm running water to prevent cooled cocoa butter from clogging up the nozzle
