• every recipe and application is different but these flavourings are highly concentrated, so add a tiny amount at a time to begin with (1ml per kilo of food) and build up the flavour as required - subtle flavour often works best so, as they say, 'less is more'
• please note bottles are NOT full to allow room for liquid expansion
• uncoloured in that there is no added colour, but not necessarily clear - some flavours are naturally darker than others due to completely natural ingredients
• heat stable - use to flavour cakes etc before baking
• BBE at least 3-4 months and normally much (much!) longer - BBE date printed on retail hanging card or sometimes on a small sticker on the card
• ingredients: natural flavouring preparations, ethanol (18%)

• not suitable for Halal as contains alcohol
