• beautifully made sugar flower spray featuring fully wired Lily of the Valley sprigs
• each spray features 2 freesias with white stamens and 2 buds - pic 1 shows one individual spray
• extremely well made with each piece attached using proper sugarcraft wires and covered with floristry tape - no shortcuts!
• excellent value (RRP £1.59 each) - just think how long it takes to make even a little floral spray like this
• adds a really professional touch to cakes in no time - perfect for wedding, engagement and anniversary cakes
• made from hard sugarpaste / modelling paste / gum paste - technically 'edible' but we do not advise eating as the icing is extremely hard*

• wire together or add to other sugar flower sprays
• please note handmade nature of these decorations means sizes vary slightly
• add lifelike detail with powder and dust icing colours and a proper sugarcraft dusting brush
• add icing lustre dusts for a touch of eye-catching colour
• add ribbon as desired - a good way to introduce a specific shade
• seal and give a gloss sheen using confectioners' glaze, but remember this will dry to a golden colour where it gathers (eg between petals)
• packed in special protective box with foam insert to provide maximum protection
• box approx 225mm x 170mm x 50mm
• HANDLE CAREFULLY - snip away at protective foam with fine scissors or use sugarcaft tweezers
• *SAFETY FIRST - not intended for consumption as hard icing can easily break creating sharp points that can present a choking hazard (as can the sugarcraft wire) so take care with young children especially, who may think flowers are edible
• store cool and dry in the box provided until use and out of direct light as this will cause colours to fade and bleach
