• Flexi-Ice is Squire's offering into the world of edible cake lace . . .
• SK Flexi Ice is a flexible, high-performance instant mix icing
• ideal for creating fine edible lace in sugar, this high-quality icing mix can also be piped, stencilled and coloured
• developed by Squires Kitchen and tested by expert cake decorators, Flexi-Ice is very easy to make up and apply
• simply add water (full instructions printed on pack label) and the icing is ready to pipe and stencil, or spread over a lace mould mat and allow to oven-dry or air-dry for a realistic lace-effect finish
• once set, simply cut the paper-thin edible lace with scissors or a sugarcraft trim knife and fold into delicate frills, bows and flowers as required
• attach lace pieces to the cake with edible glue

• colour with paste colourings, powder / dust colours or edible lustre colouring
• if adding colour, add this to the water before mixing as it is important to only add the correct total amount of liquid - ie with our with colouring added
• use to make edible confetti - great value for money
