- each strip approx 25cm / 250mm / 10" long
- letters vary but approx 2cm / 20mm / >¾" high

- Tappits are easy to use once you get the technique - watch the video and see a 3 year old use them - if Harrison can do it then . . .
- works fine with good quality sugarpaste icing (avoid supermarket brands as these are too soft & sticky) but much better results with gum paste and flower modelling paste
