• QUALITY INFO - the performance of all baking cases relies as much on cake mix recipe, ingredients, oven temperature, ambient temperature and humidity as much as the cases themselves.  Quality, measured purely in terms of thickness of paper, varies from Wilton (thinnest) to Baked with Love and House of Marie (thickest).  In most cases the design shown is only available from one manufacturer, so 'quality' is outwith our control - eg Barbie cupcake cases are a licensed design and only made by Wilton, so are thinner than some other designs.  Our advice is find a brand you like and which suits your recipe / oven and stick with that brand where you can
