- a really handy little box set of 8 essential colours
- includes printed sheet with Colour Wheel and mixing guide
- a brilliant starter set and provides an instant palette of popular colours
- contains a 25g pot of each of the following colours . . .
- Melon Yellow, Christmas Red, Ice Blue, Party Green, Midnight Black, Gold Satin, Antique Silver Satin and Extra White
- click on each of the above inks for more details, ingredients etc as individual pots in this box set are not labelled
- PLEASE NOTE neither Gold Satin or Antique Silver Satin create bright metallic colours - we encourage you to click on to the colours above if you're not already familiar with using them
- Spectral paste / gel colours are highly concentrated icing colourings made in the UK by Sugarflair - the world's top icing colour specialists
- perfect for sugarpaste, royal icing, marzipan, buttercream, flower / modelling / gum pastes, cake mixes, pastry, frostings & fillings, isomalt, piping gel, cake lace mixes, desserts, white chocolate, cocktails etc
- each approx 25g nett
- add a tiny drop at a time (end of cocktail stick) to build up shade - aim to use no more than 3g colour per 1kg of icing or cake
- mix with other paste colours for infinite range of shades
- mix with Rejuvenator Fluid for an edible liquid colour to paint on to icing
- mix in a mixing tray and apply with a sugarcraft dusting brush or food-approved paint brush
- can also be used for molten white chocolate or Wilton Candy Melts
- Extra White can be added to whiten buttercream and marzipan or to create pale shades any of the other colours above
- BBE normally at least 12 months, often much (much!) longer
- ingredients: see individual colouring links above - also printed on box
- suitable for vegetarians
- nut free - fat free - GM free - gluten free
- certified Kosher - suitable for Halal although not yet certificated
- customers wishing to avoid alcohol can use water to thin but this will take longer to dry and won't give as good a finish
- known as pastes in the UK and gels in the USA - same products
- shade accuracy - please remember colours shown are representative only and will look different on different PC monitors and tablet / phone screens
- although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children
