• the high quality serrated stainless steel blade cuts easily through all breads to avoid damaging the crust or flattening the loaf
• the unique shape of the handle looks like a vintage handsaw and means the blade reaches the bottom of the loaf without you having to change angle
• it cuts across the loaf so requires very little downward force, protecting even the softest, fluffiest loaves

• IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION - the bread saw is supplied without blade guard in place, so please take great care when removing the knife from the packaging for the first time - ie do NOT hold the cardboard packaging tightly when pulling out the knife in case you remove it from the guard . . . ouch!!!
• beech wood handle with stainless steel rivets - really comfortable to hold
• approx 26.5cm / 265mm / 10½" long x 12cm / 120mm / 4½" high, including handle
• other stockists can't agree on length of blade because of its unique shape and there are a few bad reviews on social media for this product (mainly because people assumed the blade was longer) so we'll try to be as accurate as we can ...
• blade is approx 23.5cm long from bottom of handle and tapers from approx 3.5cm to 1.5cm wide
• the serrated cutting edge is approx 20.5cm / 205mm / 8" long to the tip of the blade
• hand wash only - not suitable for dishwasher
• always wipe and dry away from the blade
• wipe with a spot of cooking oil before storing away to help prevent any tarnishing
• IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION - the blade is extremely sharp - please unpack and handle with care, and store out of the reach of children at all times - this is not a novelty item
