• ingredients:  sugar, wheat flour (with calcium, iron, niacin & thiamin), fat reduced cocoa powder (8%), emulsifiers: E477, E435, E471* & E475, dried egg white, egg yolk powder, whey solids (from milk), raising agents: E450 & E500, modified starch, dextrose, salt, vegetable oil (rape seed), stabilisers: E466, E415, E412, natural flavouring
• *E471 is a synthetic fat made from glycerols and fatty acids, mainly of plant origin but as E471 is composed of several different products, the manufacturers cannot rule out the presence of some animal fats - as pork fat may be one of the fats used, we would advise vegan, Muslim and Jewish customers not to order this product

Make-up instructions per 1000g (1kg) dry mix:

• add 420ml water plus 110ml vegetable oil
• mix for 1 minute on slow speed
• scrape down
• mix for 4 minutes on medium speed
• add 200ml water
• mix for 2 minutes on slow speed
• bake at 165 degrees C / gas mark 3 in a lined tray for approx 40 mins
