400ml SPRAY CONFECTIONERS' GLAZE VARNISH by PME
NEW larger size 400ml can - great value for busy cake makers
- good quality clear edible glaze / varnish for use on sugar flowers, models and other edible items_import
- can also be used for pastry and other food
- aerosol can for fast, easy application and even coverage over larger areas
- for best results use with PME Spray Gun attachment
- PME claim it dries clear - but as with all edible glazes, there is a slightly golden tint
- large aerosol can - approx 400ml nett
- fantastic value - save 32% compared to buying 4 x standard 100ml PME Glaze Sprays
- BBE at least 3-4 months, normally much (much!) longer
- ingredients: Shellac E904, propellent
- the Vegetarian Society consider Shellac suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans - it sounds a bit gruesome but the female lac beetle produces a resin to cocoon her eggs. When these eggs hatch the young bugs eat the mother (which dies naturally after laying eggs) and it is the shell of the mother that is used to produce Shellac
- POSTAGE RESTRICTIONS - our website automatically 'exaggerates' the weight of this product (as 2kg) so that it is shipped by courier as Royal Mail no longer accept aerosols for post (they used to be able to send them 2nd class). We can only now deliver by courier to UK mainland addresses - this makes it expensive to deliver just one can, so we advise ordering more than one as delivery costs remain the same no matter how many more you order!

- PLEASE NOTE contains pure alcohol - use and store responsibly - keep away from naked flames or sources of ignition and out of reach of children
- HIGHLY FLAMMABLE - contains alcohol and propellant gases - use and store responsibly
- does not contain nuts but produced in an environment where marzipan is also handled so PME cannot guarantee free of any nut traces
- BLOCKED NOZZLE? . . . after each use, hold the can upside down and give one short spray to clear the nozzle. If unused for some time and the nozzle blocks, place the can upside down in a pot of hot water for a couple of minutes - this should dissolve any dried glaze
