• create stunning looking sugar flowers, toppers and decorations that also taste delicious
• Renshaw Belgian chocolate modelling paste remains flexible for longer than traditional modelling pastes - this allows more time for easy correction of mistakes
• dries quickly to a firm finish but still has a great eating quality - not too firm and not too soft
• cut off the required amount and knead until pliable - warm up in your hands for a softer texture or allow to cool for a few minutes for a firmer texture - whichever you prefer
• lovely brown shade with delicious milk chocolate flavour
• easy to colour using good quality paste / gel icing colourings or powder / dust colours and can be airbrushed
