200g black Silho silhouette cake mix

• Silho Cake mix is similar to edible cake lace mixes but designed specifically for silhouettes
• create intricate edible silhouettes, lace sheets and detail for cakes and cupcakes
• pre-coloured to save you valuable time and avoid any mess from adding icing colourings
• pot contains both parts A (dry) and B (liquid)
• Silho mix can be air dried (approx 8 hours) or oven dried (approx 15 mins at 50 C)
• once dry Silho cake mix will remain flexible and pliable, so you can bend pieces around the sides of tiered cakes
• store unused pieces in a cool, dry place between sheets of baking parchment and they'll stay useable and flexible for up to 3 months
• Silho cake mix can be used Silho mats, silhouette cutters and any other cake lace mats
• spread with a cake lace spreading knife and attach pieces to the cake with edible glue

• BBE at least 3-4 months and normally much longer
• resealable plastic tub - approx 9.5cm / 3¾" diamater x 8.5cm / 3¼" high
• ingredients: wheat starch, fructose, glucose, thickener E440, colours E171, E155, E151 & E133, flavour - vanilla, preservative E202
