PEARLISED WHITE 8mm SUGAR PEARLS / DRAGÉES
- top quality large 8mm diameter sugar balls made for us in Italy by Perla
- Perla have been making artisan sugared almond, dragees and sugar pearls for nearly 150 years
- PLEASE NOTE these are a natural off-white (almost pale ivory) for a pure white please see our PME white sugar pearls
- we re-pack these lovely dragées from 1kg bulk boxes into handy little 20g pots
- sizes will vary slightly and we reckon you'll get around 50 of these larger pearls per 20g pot
- fantastic for adding pearl detail to wedding cakes, cupcakes, cookies and all celebration cakes
- approx 20g nett (approx 50 balls)
- BBE normally at least 6-9 months
- ingredients: sugar, wheat starch, colour E171
- PLEASE NOTE shades can vary within each pot
- suitable for vegetarians

we put these around the edge of my mums birthday cake and she thought they were real pearls. Small pot but really nice quality
