• Evil Cake Genius has brought back buttercream in a big way with their uniquely styled Contour Combs - made from very high-quality stainless steel, the combs allow you to shape your buttercream quickly and easily
• based on the same basic principal as L shaped top & sides clear acrylic scraper, these contour combs are shaped smoothers / scrapers that help you achieve shaped cake sides with crisp, clean corners on the top of the cake

• Contour Combs allow you to shape your icing, buttercream, frosting, ganache, piping gel, meringue, cream etc with a range of different border designs around side of your cake's tiers, while also smoothing the top of the cake
• the unique set square design allows you to smooth the top and sides at the same time, creating the sharpest possible edges - sometimes known as the lazy ganache technique
• pack of 2 sizes, both of which provide plain (no pattern or design) smoothing for around the sides of your cakes

• Contour Combs are extremely simple to use, so even a novice cake maker can still achieve a professional finish
• simply place your buttercreamed cake onto a turntable - warm the Contour Comb in hot water, dry off and place against the side of the cake, with the longer side pointing down - simply turn your turntable while holding the Comb in place
• with a little practice you'll be turning out perfectly frosted cakes in no time at all
