• don't be put off by the name - Pasta Top really just means that it's designed as top-coat covering paste
• suitable for both covering and simple modelling

• supplied in resealable plastic bucket - sugarpaste is sealed in an inner plastic bag 
• bucket measures approx 9" / 23cm diameter including handles x 7" / 18.5cm high, with handle in folded position as in photo

• BBE date at least 3-4 months and often much longer
• PLEASE NOTE Saracino have recently launched a new design of label so it may look different from our picture but the product is identical
• can be coloured using quality paste / gel icing colourings
• brush with powder / dust icing colourings, edible lustres etc but don't mix too much of these through the modelling paste as they may cause it to dry out and crack more easily
• PLEASE REMEMBER every PC monitor, laptop, tablet or phone screen displays colours differently - shades are not accurate

• 5kg resealable pot with inner bag
• PLEASE NOTE pots and tabs on lids often get damaged en route from Italy or in transit to the customer but the product is fully protected within an inner bag so although we'd never knowingly send out a really damaged pot, please allow for a broken pot, cracked lid or missing tab now and again.  Saracino take the view that the pot is there to protect the inner bag so if it arrives broken then it has done its job - if the inner bag is not intact please let us know right away
