• Blossom Tints are dry, fine powder icing / food colouring dusts made in the UK by Sugarflair - the world's top icing colouring specialists
• now called OYSTER - previously called CHAMPAGNE so you may receive label showing either name - see pic 3
• shade is identical - only the name has changed
• mix with other Blossom Tints for infinite range of shades
• mix with Edible Lustres for gentle sparkle effect
• brush on to sugar flowers & models for natural looking detail
• approx 7ml / 2g net
• brush on to sugarpaste, royal icing, marzipan, buttercream, flower / modelling / gum pastes, cake lace mixes, desserts, chocolate etc
• best applied with a sugarcraft dusting brush
• mix with Rejuvenator Fluid to produce an edible colouring for painting on to icing
• can also be used by stirring into molten white chocolate or candy melts / buttons
• BBE normally at least 6-12 months, often longer
• ingredients: E171, E155, E102
• suitable for vegetarians
• nut free - fat free - GM free - gluten free
