Christmas Holidays and Last Orders 2021
The Cake Stuff offices will close for Christmas holidays at 3.00pm on Thursday 23rd December and will re-open on Tuesday 4th January 2022
Don't forget to place an order for any essentials you might need (boards, boxes, sugarpaste, etc.) to see you through the festive period by the 23rd of December. However, if you forget a few bits and bobs, we will be picking, packing and shipping orders on the 29th, 30th and 31st of December too.
Although Yodel and DPD will be delivering on Christmas Eve, we strongly recommend that, if at all possible, you place any orders you need before Christmas by Wednesday 22nd.
As a 'thank you' for your support during 2021, we're offering HALF PRICE EXPRESS DELIVERY options on all orders placed between now and Thursday 23rd - simply choose one of our EXPRESS options at checkout*.
To help ensure pre-Christmas delivery . . .
- place your order asap, choosing the HALF PRICE Express delivery option
- ensure you provide a mobile number as your main contact number
- watch for text (and email) alerts from your chosen courier confirming your delivery time slot
Although our courier partners are still delivering on Christmas Eve, Cake Stuff will be closed so we will be unable to assist with tracking deliveries etc. It is therefore vital that you supply a mobile number so that the courier can contact you if they run into any delays or have any questions about your address etc. No mobile number supplied = no text alert from the courier = you probably won't know what time to expect delivery! Next day delivery cannot be absolutely guaranteed due to the massive volume of parcels being delivered by all couriers, but 95+% will arrive on time.
2021 may not have been the year any of us had planned for, but we hope you stayed safe and well throughout it all. We’ve done our best to help keep our customers going and we appreciate your orders more than you can imagine.
