Christmas Holidays and Last Orders 2020

We close for stocktaking and holidays at 3.00pm on Wednesday 23rd December and will re-open on Monday 4th January 2021

Don't forget to place an order before then for any essentials you might need (boards, boxes, sugarpaste etc.) to see you through the festive period

Although we will be picking and packing orders right up until we close and DPD will be delivering on Christmas Eve, we strongly recommend that you place any orders you need before Christmas by Tuesday 22nd if at all possible

As a 'thank you' for your support during 2020, we're offering a FREE EXPRESS UPGRADE delivery option on all orders placed between now and Wednesday 23rd (UK mainland addresses only) - simply choose this option at checkout.  Next day delivery cannot be absolutely guaranteed due to the massive volumes of parcels being delivered by all couriers, but 95+% will arrive on time.

To help ensure pre-Christmas delivery . . .

  1. place your order asap, choosing the Free Express Upgrade delivery option
  2. ensure you provide a mobile number as your main contact number
  3. watch for text (and email) alerts from DPD confirming your one-hour delivery time slot

Although DPD are still delivering on Christmas Eve, Cake Stuff will be closed so we will be unable to assist tracking deliveries etc.  It is therefore vital that you supply a mobile number so that DPD can contact you if they run into any delays or have any questions about your address etc.  No mobile number supplied = no text alert from DPD = you probably won't know what time to expect delivery.

2020 may not have been the year any of us had planned for, but we hope you stayed safe and well throughout it all.⁣  We’ve done our best to help keep our customers going and we appreciate your orders more than you can imagine.⁣

With such encouraging news about vaccines we now look forward to 2021 as a year of hope, new beginnings and renewed growth for us all

We want to wish you a wonderful Christmas (whether you normally celebrate it or not) and a happy, healthy and peaceful New Year ahead
