Ganache with Panache using our top quality acrylic smoother - specially designed for use with ganaching discs / plates (see pic 4) to help ensure your cakes have perfectly flat tops and sharp edges
much taller / longer than standard smoothers
use for ganache, buttercream, frostings, fudge icings, royal icing etc
Panache plates and smoothers are made in the UK from food approved virgin acrylic, exclusively for Cake Stuff
laser cut for exceptional accuracy and straight edges
approx 19.5cm / 197mm / 7¾" long x 8cm / 80mm / just over 3" wide
approx 2mm thick - slightly thinner than the ganaching discs (3mm) to be flexible and give the correct amount of 'give'
EU approved for food contact - the best on the market
not retail packed - remove protective film and wash before first use
hand wash only, as the high temperature in a dishwasher could cause the plastic to cloud or warp
PLEASE NOTE plates are cut by laser so occasionally have dark marks caused by the cutting process - these are not 'dirty' nor do they affect the performance of the discs in any way
please be sure you are ordering the correct product as we cannot accept the return of cake boards (food contact items) for food safety reasons - this does not affect your statutory rights

double sided scraper designed to work with 4 inch and 6 inch tall cakes
works as a smoother to produce patterned sides and tops to the cake
cleverly designed to split your cake into 3 sections - run the latitude scraper around the side of the tier and it will gently but neatly take out the middle section
fill that section with your choice of icing or frosting and then smooth with a plain smoother
works really well with buttercream, ganache, royal icing, swiss meringue, fresh cream etc
printed with handy ruler to help you line it up
this sets works for tiers that are 4" / 10cm / 101mm and 6" / 15cm / 152mm deep
