an incredibly handy product from our friends JEM, in South Africa - recently rebranded as PME (who own Jem)
Petal Base is a blend of vegetable oils and has a delicious vanilla aroma and flavour
apply a little on any work surface prior to rolling out sugarpaste, modelling paste etc and you'll find that the paste is cleanly and easily released from cutters and equipment
Petal Base is also ideal for stainless steel cutters like Valley Cutter Co., where the metal can cause a natural 'drag' on the sugarpaste - Petal Base minimises this drag and ensures cleaner, more accurate cuts
