Gold edible glitter squares from CK Products

• 100% square edible flakes with an excellent pearlised lustre
• PLEASE NOTE soft, subtle golden lustre - not a metallic finish
• squares create an amazing light catching sequin confetti effect
• each little flake approx 1.5mm - 2mm square
• approx 7.08g / ¼oz pot
• clear plastic pot with shake and pour lid and safety seal under the lid - see pic 2
• shaker lid makes them ideal to sprinkle over cupcakes, cookies, desserts, cake pops, biscuits etc
• available in white, silver and gold
• they look stunning around the sides of wedding and celebration cakes
• good sized pot - the flakes are virtually weightless so 7.08g actually means thousands of individual squares
• as a guide, one pot is enough to cover at least a 10" round cake
• apply with a mixing tray, sugarcraft dusting brush or food approved paint brush
• use a little edible glue for detailed areas
• can be sprinkled on to royal icing, buttercream, frosting and sugarpaste fondant icing
• flakes are water soluble so, for best results, avoid using on wet icing, fresh cream or frozen products
• pot approx 4cm / 40mm / 1½" diameter x 5.5cm / 55mm / >2" high
• BBE at least 6 months and normally much longer - often years!
• ingredients: hydroxyproyl methylcellulose E464, propylene glycol E1520, Mica E555 (aluminium silicate), colours: E171 (titanium dioxide), E102 (yellow 5), E129 (red 40), E110 (yellow 6) & E133 (blue 1)
• label shows American names for food colourings - European numbers also shown above
• suitable for vegetarians
• certified Kosher Pareve
• allergy advice: made on equipment that also processes wheat, milk, eggs, soy and nuts so there is a risk of traces of any or all of these being present
